    Coral Pacific Construction LLC has been providing general contracting services throughout the State of Hawaii since 2005. Our primary market is negotiated work, which is either performed as design/build to assist the owner/designers throughout the design/preconstruction phases which would be converted into a construction contract. While we have personal experience in constructing high-rise condominiums and commercial office buildings, the majority of our work is in the commercial sector and focuses on tenant improvements, hotel rooms and common area renovations, work within senior housing facilities, and plumbing stack replacements. We also provide services for the conversions of apartments or hotels to condominiums and perform work in high-end housing/condominiums. 

    A majority of labor, carpentry, drywall and masonry work is self-performed with other labor/trades being sub-contracted out. This scenario allows us to control the critical aspects of our projects and provides us with a larger control over our schedule and quality of work. 

    Coral Pacific Construction LLC is a legal entity in the State of Hawaii, with a “BC” Contractors License. In addition, the standard BC License categories we are also licensed to perform painting (C-51) and tile work (C-33).
